This story is part of Holiday Gift Guide 2020, CNET’s gift picks with expert advice, reviews and recommendations for the latest tech gifts for you and your family.

In 2020, newspaper circulars seem to be a thing of the past until Black Friday rolls around. You don’t have to buy the paper anymore either — the good news is that retailers often produce their own sale guides — aka advertising circulars. While these ads don’t include every single thing that’s on sale, they definitely drop a few awesome items to give you a taste of the sales in store. Best Buy’s 12-page Black Friday ad includes dozens of deals and is required reading if you’re looking to save money on your holiday shopping. No need to search for it either, we’ve got a scan of the entire ad below for your browsing pleasure.

Best Buy has divided its sale into three parts:

  • Deals that start on Sunday, Nov. 22:  You can find these on pages 4 through 12 of the ad circular.
  • Deal on Nov. 26: (That’s Thanksgiving). You’ll find those on page 1.
  • A weekend sale that kicks off on Saturday, Nov. 28: For those, turn your attention to pages 2 and 3.

TCL is best known for its Roku TVs, and we like the Roku smart TV system better than the Android TV version in this television, but for this price you can just buy a Roku Streaming Stick Plus, attach it to this TV and still come out ahead. Aside from its smarts we expect this 4-Series TV to perform “good enough,” just like the Roku equivalent

This TV was previously $50 less, and may get there again. So although $150 is a solid discount, you might want to wait and see if the better deal returns.

A pressure cooker is one of the most versatile tools you can add to your kitchen, and at this price it’s one of the most affordable. Insignia’s model appears nearly identical to the equivalent Instant Pot, offering 10 preset modes for things like rice, meat, soup and even cake. It features a delayed-start option, an automatic keep-warm function and a dishwasher-safe nonstick pot.

JLab Audio

Looking for earbuds that won’t fall out of your ears when you exercise? The Epic Air Sport’s ear hooks make that all but impossible. They also deliver an impressive 15 hours of playtime between charges and offer both in-ear detection and active noise canceling, features you typically find only in earbuds costing a lot more.

I especially like the charging case, which has a built-in USB connector, and the JLab companion app, which lets you fine-tune the listening experience. Great, great deal at $50.

These wireless earbuds are built to revolutionize your workouts and just days in general. Zero wires to hold you back and sound that packs a punch.

This deal is already available at Best Buy, Amazon and elsewhere.

Sonos finally released a portable speaker last year. The Move works within a Sonos whole-home speaker network, but also connects to Bluetooth devices and has a 10-hour battery life.

The Sonos Move is $100 off starting on Nov. 22.

If you have an older HDTV — or one with substandard smart TV options — the Roku Streaming Stick Plus is the best way to add nearly any streaming service (except HBO Max). And it’s going to be at its lowest price ever starting on Nov. 22 at Best Buy.

This deal begins Nov. 22.

Most Chromebooks priced below $200 are of the small, 11.6-inch variety like the above Lenovo. This HP Chromebook features a roomy, 14-inch display and will hit the rock-bottom price of $129 on Sunday.

This deal begins Nov. 22.

HP’s excellent Spectre two-in-one convertible comes with an Intel Core i7 CPU with a generous 16GB of RAM, GeForce MX330 graphics and a 512GB SSD. The most impressive part of this system, though, is the 15.6-inch, 4K touchscreen, which sets this convertible a step above most other two-in-ones that clock in around $1,000.

This deal begins Nov. 22.

The 13-inch Spectre x360 is one of CNET’s favorite two-in-one convertibles for its premium styling, light weight and long battery life. And this isn’t a case of a retailer using a deep discount to move out an older product. This 13.3-inch two-in-one will be discounted by a hefty $250 starting Sunday and features Intel’s latest silicon with a 11th-gen Intel Core i7 CPU. Getting a 512GB SSD instead of 256GB of storage is also a boon at this price.

This deal begins Nov. 22.

Sony’s newest noise-canceling headphone — and arguably the top noise-canceling headphone out there — recently went on sale for $300 as part of Amazon’s Prime Day. It’s now available for $278, its lowest price yet. Read our Sony WH-1000XM4 review.

This deal returns Nov. 22.

Jabra’s Elite Active 75t are the slightly more rugged version of the Elite 75t, which are also on sale (they’re $140 or $40 off). Both models are among the best true wireless earbuds out there and now can be upgraded with active noise canceling via a software upgrade (new models that shipped to stores recently may already be equipped with the upgrade).

The Elite Active 75t looks nearly identical to the Elite 75t, but upon closer inspection, you’ll notice the finish on the case and earbuds is slightly different. Instead of the hard smooth finish of the Elite Active 75t, the Active 75t have a soft-to-the-touch finish with a touch of grip to it. Or, as Jabra put it, it’s “built with a durable coating for dust and sweat resistance and features an increased IP water-resistance rating from IP56 (of the Elite Active 75t) to IP57, making them waterproof.” Read our Jabra Elite Active 75t review.

This deal returns Nov. 22.

UE

UE’s Megaboom 3 has been discounted to as low as $120, but we haven’t seen it for less than that, so this is a solid deal on a very solid portable Bluetooth speaker. (Granted, it was released in 2018, but still sounds great.)

This deal returns Nov. 22.

iRobot

The Roomba 960 can map your entire home and clean specific rooms on command. It offers lots of suction — five times more than Roomba base models — and features brushes less likely to get tangled in pet hair. You can command it via the mobile app or schedule cleaning sessions automatically.

This deal returns Nov. 22.

Fitbit

The Inspire 2 is a slim and stylish fitness tracker that has an OLED monochrome display and delivers up to about 10 days of battery life on a single charge. It includes GPS and automatic workout detection, is water-resistant to about 150 feet and displays notifications from your phone (though you can’t reply).

This deal returns Nov. 22.

It’s no secret that we prefer Roku to Fire TV, but this Fire-based set delivers 50 inches of 4K UHD goodness for a 32-inch TV price. It also has Alexa built in along with HDR for added dynamic range.

Dyson

Lenovo’s premium two-in-one, the Yoga C940 boasts a sturdy and sleek all-metal design and a touchscreen that can rotate 360 degrees into tablet mode. It includes an active pen and can instantly wake from sleep, one of the phone-like features it received courtesy of Intel’s Project Athena.

This configuration features a 14-inch display with a 4K resolution powered by a 10th-gen Core i7 CPU, 16GB of RAM and 512GB SSD with 32GB of superfast Optane memory. A similarly configured Yoga C40 on Lenovo’s site works out to $1,650, so this deal is even better than it looks. And it already looked good.

Lenovo

This basic laptop is a good pick for students looking for an affordable machine for remote learning. Currently offered at a $150 discount, it costs less than most Chromebooks. It runs Windows 10 and features a 10th-gen Intel Core i3 CPU, 8GB of RAM and a 256GB SSD. The 15.6-inch display features a full HD (1,920×1,080-pixel) resolution, which offers a finer image than the 1,366×768-pixel resolution you get with most entry-level laptops.

This deal is also available at Amazon and elsewhere but it’s good enough to include here, too. The LG CX OLED TV is our favorite high-end TV of 2020 and this price is a new low, $200 less than the previous low — making it $100 MORE than the 48-inch size.

This was $100 cheaper during last week’s pre-Black Friday sale, but it’s still a good deal.

And if you’re in the mood for something bigger, the 65-inch size is $600 off; get it for $1,900.
